Each organization is unique in terms of product, service, leadership, corporate culture, and strategy.  We know that every new talent search assignment is going to be as unique as the company that we are working with.  That is why we engage a personalized, distinctive approach for each new client, and each new assignment.

 Step 1 – Understanding Your Uniqueness

To fully understand the type of employee you would like to hire, we need to understand your uniqueness as a company.  Every new search begins with a visit to your office, followed by an in-person meeting to discuss the corporate culture, hiring department, job description, employee benefits, and how we can best market your company to potential candidates.

Step 2 – Sourcing The Right Professional

Once we have determined your company’s specific needs, we begin the professional search.  Sourcing methods include database searches, job advertisements, agency partnerships, business networking sites, professional associations, our referral network, and headhunting.

Step 3 – Assessing Candidate Suitability

Candidates of interest are telephone prescreened, in-person interviewed, and reference checked to determine suitability for the desired position.  Our in-person interviews are comprehensive and cover 4 key areas:  past employment; key achievements; internal motivations, and career aspirations.  In order to be considered for any position, our candidates must present a minimum of 2 employer references where the references given are the candidate’s  previous “direct supervisors”.

Step 4 – Candidate Presentation – Simplifying the Analysis

We know that you did not hire us to send you resumes without providing you with any analysis as to why we wish to present a candidate to you – you could have easily done that yourself!  Instead, we take the information gathered during our initial client needs assessment and then compare it to the information uncovered from our candidate interview.  When we present a candidate to you for consideration, you will receive their resume, as well as a detailed analysis as to why we are presenting the candidate, based on 4 key client/candidate comparison points:

Step 5 – Negotiating an Offer

Our expertise in managing the offer and acceptance process alleviates any pressures that may arise during negotiations, for both the client and the candidate.  It is our job to address any concerns regarding the offer process BEFORE an offer is made to the candidate, thus eliminating the element of surprise and/or disappointment that could arise during this part of the recruitment process.

Step 6 – Ensuring Client & Candidate Satisfaction

After the successful placement of our candidate, we will periodically check-in with both our client and our candidate to ensure that all parties are completely satisfied with the employment relationship and resulting synergy.
