RESPONSIBILITIES:	• The role's primary emphasis will be on business development and new client acquisition, as well as managing and growing a portfolio of existing industrial banking client relationships. • Prepare credit applications and renewals, including the review of financial statements, ensuring applicants exhibit quality risk assessment and analysis. • Work effectively with management and support staff to enhance professionalism, productivity and team achievement. • Actively seek opportunities to promote business opportunities for the Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS:	• Minimum five (5) years strong equipment financing and leasing and/or commercial lending background. • Undergraduate degree in commerce, finance or accounting disciplines. • Proven business development, marketing and negotiation skills. • Strong risk assessment skills. • Strong computer and business modeling skills • In depth knowledge of collateral securities and leasing documentation. • Supervisory experience essential. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
